    Very Proud

We are very proud to have received a 9.9 Review Score two years running. Proving to us that we are consistently delivering the high standards we set out to.

Castellor Terms & Conditions

We're not big on rules at Castellor, but want to do our utmost to ensure everyone has a relaxing stay.

We are non smoking in both the house and grounds.

As many guests come for some peace and quiet, and because we can only accept two guests per room, we only take guests over the age of 16.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay per room booked is required to guarantee a reservation. Seven day notice of cancellation is required for a refund. As we’re a small business, cancellations can have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within seven days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded. We therefore advise that you have travel insurance should you need to cancel.

We are happy to accept Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard or electronic transfer of funds for payment of the deposit and the balance. Where possible we do prefer payment by debit card please and we do not take Diners or American Express. Online booking, and secure online payment of the deposit is available by clicking our BOOK NOW link above

If you prefer to phone us, please do so on 01407 710789.

Check In & Departure

Check in is between 16.00 & 19.00 and we ask that your room is vacated by 10.30 on your day of departure. If you will be arriving after 19.00 please let us know, we don’t often go out but we want to ensure that someone is here to welcome you.

If you have any specific requests or questions that you would like to discuss with us, please call or email.

There is plenty of parking on the tarmac driveway with parking available right next to the front door if required.

There is an 18cm high step into the house which is 1.5m wide and 1.1m deep.
The lip at the threshold is 3cm and the front door is 86cm wide

All bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is on the level, apart from a 6cm step through an 80cm door from the Atrium to the inner hall and a 1.5cm step through an 83cm opening to the parquet floored main hall, on the way to the breakfast roomroom. The breakfast room door is 79cm wide and the floor is also parquet on a level with the hall floor.

The Cove Room has a parquet floor on a level from the main hall, with rugs which can be removed on request. The doorway is 79cm wide. There is at least 115cm clearance all-round the room. There is a 1.5cm lip into the en-suite shower room, the doorway being 80cm. It is tiled throughout, creating a wet room with a glass screen and a 53cm opening.

Assistance Dogs and Pets

We welcome assistance dogs and are happy to exercise & clean up after them if required. We have two pet dogs of our own. They are not permitted in the guest bedrooms, or the kitchen whilst we are preparing food. However they do have access to other parts of the house, so Castellor would not be suitable for anyone with a severe dog allergy. Both dogs are very friendly with everyone but they are bouncy! If guests request we can do our best to endeavour the dogs are kept away.

Menus and guest welcome information are available in large print on request.

Cordless kettles are available in all rooms.

The bedrooms are lockable with a key from the outside & a turn lock inside. The televisions in the room are all equipped with FreeView.
Each bedroom has a main ceiling light, controllable from near the door. There are also bedside lamps by the bed. The duvets and pillows are made of a synthetic filling, suitable for people with allergies.

All rooms are equipped with en-suite shower rooms. The walk in showers in the Bay, Wave and Dune rooms have low profile shower trays. The Cove and Harbour rooms are flat tiled floors. Heating is thermostatically controlled and adjustable in all guest rooms.

Each bedroom is supplied with a well-stocked beverage tray, biscuits & cake. If you wish for any of this to be removed before your arrival please let us know.

Other Information

People with nut allergies should be aware that we do use nuts in the kitchen. We are happy to supply soya milk, decaffeinated coffee or tea or other alternatives on request. Please request these in advance of your stay.

If this all sounds good to you, then please book as soon as possible, as rooms do fill up quickly.

We look forward to seeing you at Anglesey's premier Grown Up's Only Bed and Breakfast. Please use our quick, simple booking form to reserve your room.

Dog Friendly Anglesey B&B

Luna & Nala would like to welcome you and your dog to our luxury Dog Friendly Anglesey B&B.

We are happy to welcome friendly adult dogs and their owners to the Wave Room, which is perfect for Dogs and owners who enjoy a bit of luxury. It has easy access to the front door - so ideal for going out for an early morning or late evening walk without fear of disturbing other guests or our own Luna and Nala.

We’d be grateful if you could read the following carefully to ensure you and our other guests have a relaxing stay.

We are happy to welcome responsible dog owners and well behaved house trained dogs.

You are welcome to walk your dog in the front garden, but this is not fenced in. Please clear up after your dog if they make a mess on the lawn. Any bagged dog waste should be put in the dog bin provided. We are happy to provide free bio degradable dog bags on request.
We realise (from personal experience!) that even well trained dogs can have accidents in strange places – if this happens there is a stain remover and kitchen towel in your bathroom. Please dry off dogs and wipe off muddy paws before taking them into the bedroom – if you need a dog towel please just ask.

Even though we let guests know that we have dogs please be aware that not everyone likes dogs, therefore please do not let your dog approach other guests unless they encourage it. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room if we have other guests in. If you are the only guests staying we are happy to waive this rule.

Do not allow your dog on the bed or other furniture in the guest bedrooms or Atrium.

Please do not leave your dog alone in the guest bedroom when you go out. Unfortunately, even well trained dogs that are happy to be left alone at home, may bark constantly, scratch and have accidents when left in a strange place. We are happy for your dog to be left in the bedroom whilst you eat breakfast if you are confident they will settle – if you have any doubts, then we ask that you put them in your car (except in hot weather of course).

If there is anything you need or we can do to make you and your dogs stay more relaxing, please just ask.
